Training and Conference Centre of the University of Lodz is located in a picturesque district of Łódź in the middle of the Łódź Hills Landscape Park. The hotel is located within green areas with a total area of 3 hectares, giving its guests space for creative work and rest, away from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city.
CSK Rogowska is a complex that consists of two buildings, conference rooms, a banquet hall and outdoor areas with a covered barbecue. The facilities are fully equipped and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The 24-hour reception desk is also available to assist you at any time. On site the guests can take advantage of free parking lot and an additional offer of hotel breakfasts.
Hotel rooms
All rooms at CSK Rogowska are equipped with a private bathroom, television, refrigerator, and hotel amenities. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. The facility can accommodate a total of 93 guests.

All room rates are gross prices. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.

Rental of Rooms
The CSK Rogowska complex offers fully equipped, air-conditioned conference rooms and a banquet hall. All events are supported by a professional catering service.
- Conference Room 1 – 60 PLN/hour, max. 80 participants (75 m²)
- Conference/Banquet Room 2 – 60 PLN/hour, max. 70 participants (78 m²)
- Conference Room 4 – 50 PLN/hour, max. 20 participants (45 m²)
- Conference Room 5 – 60 PLN/hour, max. 55 participants (55 m²)
AV support, sound system, and online streaming services are available for an additional fee.
Support for conferences and events is priced individually.
Subject to availability, the rooms are also rented to private individuals, institutions, or other entities for organizing events of a scientific, educational, cultural, or other nature, provided that the event aligns with the mission and statutes of the University of Łódź.
Outdoor Spaces – Park and Barbecue Area
- Bonfire with benches around the circle – 350 PLN/one-time fee
- Catering tent (1 unit) – 180 PLN/one-time fee
- Outdoor grill area for up to 50 people – 140 PLN/hour
- Outdoor grill area for 50–100 people – 280 PLN/hour
- Outdoor grill area for over 100 people – price upon request/contract
- Organization of a wedding ceremony – price upon request
- The time required for setup before an event and cleanup afterward is charged at 50% of the rental rate. Due to the facility’s location within the Łódź Hills Landscape Park, outdoor events with music may take place only until 10:00 PM.

We offer, in one location, comfortably furnished rooms, four conference rooms, and extensive green grounds.
If additional accommodations are needed, we can adjust to your requirements – extra beds are available.
All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and TV, and all bathrooms feature a shower.
Both buildings have elevators accessible to persons with disabilities, facilitating easy movement within the facility.
On the grounds, you will find ponds, a stationary grill, a covered area with benches and tables for gatherings, and parking.
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.
The Center’s premises are fenced and well-lit.
Our venue is suitable for organizing outdoor schools, picnics, educational and recreational trips combining learning with outdoor activities, as well as corporate events, symposiums, trainings, conferences, and more.
